Our Services

Do you own property?

If you have land (i.e., a metropolitan Adelaide block, perhaps with a dated house) that you think might be suited for development, then we encourage you to reach out

We can:

  • Prepare a detailed financial feasibility report of carrying out a development
  • Advise on the best outcome (e.g., townhouses vs. detached homes, single storey vs. double storey, off-the-plan vs. house-and-land sales vs. on-completion, and more)
  • Conduct due diligence on your behalf to uncover and help mitigate keys risks before you undertake a development
  • Project manage the development on your behalf
  • We may be able to give you an offer to buy your land  (i.e., sell direct to a developer to cash out with no project risks)
  • We may even be able to help you with a joint venture offer (which can help you carry out a development project even if you don’t have the funds yourself)

If we can help, please drop us a line.

Are you looking to buy a property with development potential?

If you are in the process of buying land or a property with development potential in metropolitan Adelaide then it can certainly pay to reach out. We encourage you to call as early as possible (even before you have made an offer), but we can help in a big way at any stage including after you are unconditionally committed to the purchase.

We can assist in all the same ways we help homeowners, but by engaging us pre-purchase, you can be confident that your investment will meet your needs or we may save you from buying a lemon. Our services include:

  • Prepare a detailed financial feasibility report of carrying out a development including the forecast profit for your personal situation
  • We may even be able to help you with a joint venture offer (which can help you carry out a development project even if you don’t have the funds yourself)

Do you want learn to be a developer?

We run a half-day introductory course charged at a very low cost at the not-for-profit WEA (Workers’ Educational Association) learning Centre on Angas Street, Adelaide.  The course is named Subdividing Land & Property Development. The course covers everything a budding developer needs to know including site finding, feasibilities, due diligence and project management.

Another way to learn is to get involved in someone else’s project, otherwise known as being an armchair developer. Keep reading below.

If we can help, please drop us a line.

Do you want to be a "armchair developer"?

An armchair developer is a endearing title for someone who contributes cash and/or borrowing to a development project for a share of the developer’s profits. The armchair developer does not feel the pressure to deliver as the developer is still in the project managing the day-to-day work, skillfully navigating challenges on your behalf. As you are a part of the project, you naturally have an opportunity to learn.

If you have cash (at least $300,000) just sitting in savings not earning much interest, and/or a strong borrowing capacity (of at least $700,000), and like the sound of being an armchair developer, please drop us a line.
